Appointments Light includes email reminders; you can enable SMS reminders pay-as-you-go when you need them. Reminders include a one-tap confirm or cancel link, which typically reduces no-shows by 30-40%.

Yes. You can require a deposit at the time of booking, collected securely through Stripe. You set the amount per service. If the client does not show up, you keep the deposit. If they cancel within your policy window, the deposit is refunded automatically. Payments go directly to your bank account. ReserveNI never holds your money.

On the full Appointments plan, yes. Each team member gets their own calendar with individual working hours, breaks, and services, plus a personal booking link (like reserveni.com/book/your-salon/sarah) to share with clients. There is no extra charge for adding team members.
